Top Flight Completes Largest Solar Array in Chattanooga – 200 kW system benefits from Federal and State Grants

(February xx, 2011) Chattanooga, TN – Top Flight, Inc. today announced that it has completed a 200 kW solar photovoltaic system on the roof of its warehouse and manufacturing facility on Central Ave near downtown Chattanooga. The system is the largest allowable under TVA’s Generation Partners program, who will be buying the power generated from the system at a 12 cent premium to the tier-1 commercial rate. DEERFIELD, Ill., Mar 01, 2011 (BUSINESS WIRE) — United Stationers Inc. (NASDAQ: USTR) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a two-for-one stock split of the company’s issued common shares, which will be payable in the form of a 100% stock dividend. All stockholders will receive one additional share for each share owned at the close of business on the record date of May 16, 2011. The stock dividend will be payable on May 31, 2011.
